As our pastor, Laura oversees development of the church’s leadership and vision, and is passionate about helping people thrive in their relationship with God and others. She and her husband Jared married in 2007 and have been blessed with four amazing kids: Peyton, Jackson, Callen, & Charity. With a love for God’s creation and adventure, together they enjoy camping in the summer, and skiing in the winter.
Before going into ministry, Laura spent time as a bakery owner and a stay-at-home mom. Going back to school later in life, she graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2021 with a BA in Christian Studies. After years of study and training, in May of 2024 Laura was ordained through the Free Methodist Church of North America.

I’m Leisa, and I’m excited to be a part of the Core Launch Team and serve on the Worship Team. I've been singing for many years and love being a part of weekly worship. Being involved in helping to build and grow the church is a true passion of mine, and I’m thrilled to contribute to a place where faith and everyday life come together so beautifully. When I’m not at church, you’ll often find me enjoying my family, especially my kids and grandkids. I also love spending quiet moments working on cross-stitch projects and puzzles.
